Bold and Blue

How about this blue skirt for a bold pop of colour?  Huh, huh?  Pretty cute right?  Well at least I think so.  The weather has been pretty touch-n-go lately.  So whenever a perfect comes along I gotta skirt it up. My love affair with skirts has been on and off.  This summer I definitely think we'll be chummy bed fellas once again.
